My Start Up Fee: $799 or $999 (your choice; see below)
This fee is charged within 3 business days of your signature below. Covers initial time required to launch/orchestrate your Google Adwords campaign and the linkage of your campaign with vital Google and Call Rail tracking solutions. Keyword selection and keyword bid strategies are implemented along with the actual ad writing and/or other structural enhancements required for an effective campaign. Additional charges may be required if premium service renderings like website and/or landing page development are required.

My Operating Philosophy
My monthly fees are based upon real-time performance as reported by the various Google and Call Rail reporting tools. Poor performance should not be tolerated or paid until such time that overall monthly click-thru rates reach or exceed 1% via the Google Adwords interface. Performance based billing is a unique concept and wholly vital if transparency and accountability are to be key tenets of our relationship.

My Monthly Fee: Based Upon Performance
My monthly fees are charged at two levels after the completion of an initial 60 or 90-day trial period (your choice; see below). #1.) Phone calls are charged at the going click-thru rate while #2.) clicks are charged at half (50%) that of telephone calls. Both types of engagement are relevant to brand development but, obviously, telephone calls are the more valuable in terms of practice opportunity. Google & Call Rail fees are paid separately (you do retain control, however, of the monthly Google expense levels).

Real World Example (for calculating my fees)
Let’s assume that your ad is seen 10,000 times in the previous month (10,000 impressions). Overall clicks/calls equal 236 (exactly 2.36%). Let’s say clicks are 213 and calls are 23 (totaling 236). Calls would be charged at $2.36 each (matching the 2.36% overall rate; this is the prevailing click-thru rate). Clicks would be charged at $1.18 each (exactly half that of calls). The clicks total is then discounted by the first 1% of click responses for the month (no charge for these). Calls, as reported by the Google and Call Rail reporting tools, are always charged at the prevailing click-thru rate for the month (no discounts for calls as phone calls are the ultimate value of any Adwords campaign).

Value Statement
Significant performance and optimization strategies are employed during the course of our relationship. Ad writing, keyword deployment, keyword bid strategy, budgeting, statistical analysis, keyword scoring, and reporting are all part of the optimization process.  Full optimization and maturity will be reached for a very broad range of keywords and service renderings but time-to-maturity will vary based upon local market conditions.

Initial Trial Period
Our initial relationship is trial based for 60 or 90 days (your choice; no monthly fee for my services during the trial period). The only fee I receive for the first 60 ($799), or 90 days ($999) is the appropriate start-up fee (you choose the trial period duration accordingly). After the initial trial period it is day to day based upon performance as outlined above. Cancellation of my services are rendered thru standard communication avenues (e-mail and/or telephone). Cancellations are effective immediately. Final billing shall include any calls/clicks received up to and including the cancel date.  Since my fees are performance based there is no refund for performance already achieved.

I am ready to proceed.  You can easily print this document, sign & date it, and then fax it back at your convenience. Faxing to the number below is wholly secure. Your signed document is delivered directly to my secure e-mail account (it does not come thru to any kind of physical fax machine). Your signature would signify your continued interest to move forward based upon the basic features of my services outlined above.  You agree to provide payment information within 3 business days of fax transmission.  Clicks 2 Call services would then commence upon successful payment transaction.  Trial period ends 60 or 90 days after transmission of signed agreement (please fax 260.302.1910).
